Live Generously

This sermon is about money, but it's about so much more than money. Pastor Brian asks who is really in charge of your life: look at your calendar, then your checkbook. For God to have our hearts, the idols have to go. Through the rich young ruler, whom Jesus looked at and loved, and the widow who gave everything she had, we see that generosity is about trust, not an amount. You cannot serve both God and money, and where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Like the early church in Acts 2, we're called to give generously and gratefully because we have a God who gave it all.
