Sam-1 Corinthians 1:10-31 Wednesday 4/8/26

Apr 8, 2026

The Wednesday after Easter, Pastor Sam opens 1 Corinthians 1:10-31 with us. The believers in Corinth were brand new Christians, and they were already divided and arguing. Paul pleads with them to be united in the same mind and judgment, and reminds them he was sent to preach the gospel, not to build a following. Jews demand signs and Greeks seek wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified. The cross looks like foolishness to the world, yet it is the power and wisdom of God. God chooses the weak and the lowly so that no one can boast before Him. Whoever boasts, let him boast in the Lord.
